How To Prepare your delicious Cup of Elixir:

Add 1 tsp (or more if you would like!) to a 150-200 ml cup of recently boiled water (avoid fully boiled to prevent scalding the mixture)

Alternatively, mix with your favourite heated plant milk.

To sweeten, you may like to add a tsp of Coconut oil,

Coconut sugar, Honey, or Maple Syrup.

Whisk or Blend & Serve with positive Intentions from your heart.

MISKA'S FAVOURITE PREPARATION

Want to know how our magical founder makes her daily cup of sacred Elixir?

Heat 1/2 cup of organic plant milk and 1/2 cup of water in a saucepan.

When hot (but not boiling) turn the heat down and add a teaspoon of elixir, one teaspoon coconut oil and sweeten with coconut sugar.

Whisk in the pan until fluffy and foamy!

Pour into the cup and sprinkle with a little more elixir on the top
