Cancellation Policy

If you have already registered for Medicine of Light Workshops, Trainings, Course, and you are no longer able to attend, our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Full refund minus a 50 Euro admin fee up to 30 days out of your scheduled training
• 50% refund after that up to two weeks out from the scheduled date
• No refund within two weeks of the training date
• An exception will be made for an unexpected illness, i.e. COVID-19 related issues, and a refund of 50% or a credit to attend an upcoming workshop can be issued

Medicine of Light Cancellation Policy:

If there are fewer than 4 people registered for the workshop one week out, the workshop will be cancelled and you will be issued a full refund for your registration. For this reason, if you plan on coming, register early!
